You can choose to have SpamAssassin automatically delete any incoming messages that meet or exceed a desired "spam score".
This will permanently delete the message before it is sent to your inbox, and you will not be able to retrieve the message if this happens. For this reason, we generally recommend avoiding use of this function, and favour server filters instead, where spam messages are moved to another folder for later review\retrieval.
If you want to enable auto delete spam, simply set the required spam score (5 is the default), and click "Auto-Delete Spam".
You can find this by logging in to cPanel, and selecting the SpamAssassin icon:

Then find the controls you need to set the auto-delete score and to switch on the auto-delete function:
